About ME

Metaphysically inclined since childhood, I grew up developing an interest in philosophy & spirituality, particularly the Shaivite Yogic traditions of the Himalayas. In 2013 I experienced a Death Event (colloquially termed as NDE- Near Death Experience/ there was nothing "near" about it), accompanied by a Higher Self Walk-In Event, which catalyzed my spiritual awakening. Immediately after this experience I read the book Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahamsa Yogananda, which activated my connection with Mahavatar Babaji & Kriya Yoga.

I am a practitioner of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, initiated by my Master, Yogiraj Siddhanath, in 2015. A series of events led me to deepen my practice of yoga & connection with my Master.

I come from a multi-generational military family from North India. The family's patrilineal descent traces back to the ancient Solar Dynasty, founded by Lord Ikshvaku. Lord Ram was 47th in descent from Lord Ikshvaku. The Shakya family of Siddharth Gautam, the Buddha, also belonged to the Solar Lineage, the Suryavanshis.

My connection with my Master, & with Kriya Yoga, spans across many past lives. I have served him, and the Solar & Lunar Dynasties, in various incarnations. I have practiced under him as a yogi in the Himalayas, & have served in his court & armies. This relationship continues on the celestial scale, in higher dimensional realms & worlds.

Kriya Yoga has given me true peace & fulfillment in life. I am currently undergoing training to impart the Kriya technique to those who seek it, on behalf of & in service to the Master. This platform is an effort devoted entirely to that end.

Gorakhman is my yogic name which was given to me by Yogiraj Siddhanath, denoting my soul connection to Mahavatar Shiva Goraksha Babaji.
